CEO & PartnerLee Boyer
Lee Boyer served in the United States Navy for over 28 years. As a Naval Aviator he held the top leadership positions at squadrons, overseas bases, on staffs and in acquisition programs. Throughout his career he led numerous operational, intelligence and acquisition programs that directly supported the US National Security Strategy. His areas of expertise include program management, airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and aviation safety. He has a MS in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College. Additionally, he is a Certified Flight Instructor and holds type ratings in the Boeing 737 and Boeing 777.
Frank Amrhein
President & PartnerWith over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and infrastructure, Mr. Amrhein brings extensive expertise in network engineering and operational leadership to his role. Before joining Orion, Mr. Amrhein led wireless LAN surveys, design, and installation at Teksynap and Bank of America, managing teams of RF engineers and cabling technicians in complex site deployments. Since 2017, he has spearheaded the development and capture of over $1.5 billion in new wireless business, showcasing his ability to drive significant market expansion. His technical proficiency in WLAN network systems and network engineering underpins his success in delivering innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
